RETURNS POLICY & PROCESS

You may return most items within 21 days of purchase for a full refund. We provide a 100% money back guarantee on all our funeral products as long as they are in an used state. Items must be returned in as new condition with the original packaging in place to qualify for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Once we have received your return we should process the refund within 5 business days.

All returns can be booked via the Australia Post Easy Returns portal 

• Please ensure you note your order number and reason for return 
• Goods must be returned in the original product packaging as they we received in
• The item must arrive back to us undamaged
• Please make sure your item is in brand new condition - we cannot accept returns on goods that have had ashes placed in them
