Australia-wide delivery is available on all our cremation urns and memorial jewellery. We also ship to Canada, UK, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Please enquire for costs to overseas destination.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Items where free shipping has been selected are posted within 24 hours of ordering via Standard Australia Post with signature and tracking on delivery. Delivery time is between 6-10 working days as per Australia Post delivery times for your area. Eg.' 5 Working days'... means WORKING DAYS only. Please calculate the delivery period using weekdays only. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time and need to be accounted for. If your urn order is urgent, we recommend that you select the EXPRESS POST option at checkout.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable or failing to accept the parcel and the order is returned to us, any return freight charges and re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility. This also applies where a delivery address change is requested after the order has been dispatched and any additional carrier charges incurred will be payable by the customer.
TRACKING
The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped so you can track your parcel and keep an eye on delivery.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
All orders are sent via signature on delivery.
EXPRESS POST DELIVERY
Delivery can take anywhere from 1-4 days, depending on your location. Please refer to the Australia post website for express delivery time to your chosen postcode. Items are shipped from postcode 3018.
SPECIAL/MADE TO ORDER ITEMSSome items are listed in their description as 'Special Order/Made to Order' items. We do not have stock of these items in our warehouse. The description will include the expected time frame for production and delivery.Feel free to contact us for a more accurate delivery time frame.RETURNS POLICY FOR URNS AND MEMORIAL JEWELLERYYou may return most new, unused items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.
