I am really happy with the service Premium Urns provided me.
I had an issue with the 1st 2 urns they sent out , they said there was a batch issue. So they personally checked and sent out a new sale Urn just in ti.e for my mother's memorial.

We cried when we opened it. We struggled to find an urn that best represented our fur baby. We also came across a lot of scam sites that claimed they were Australian owned so when we found this and did our research, we were so excited! It came so quickly, provided updates every step of the way and looked exactly as described. We couldn't find a better home for our baby, highly recommend.
